About Us and These Terms

The furnituria.co website is operated by Furnituria d.o.o., , MB , PIB , email info@furnituria.co, phone . By using the website, you accept these terms; for purchases, Delivery and Payment and Returns and Complaints also apply. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Platform's Role

• Independent sellers (showrooms, workshops, manufacturers) sell on the website. Seller's details — name, address, tax ID — are displayed on their store page and in the order confirmation.
• You conclude the sales contract with the seller, who is responsible for the product, delivery, fiscal receipt, conformity, and complaints. We operate the platform, transmit the order, and help resolve issues.
• For products with the „Buy from seller“ button, the purchase is made on the seller's website, according to their terms.

Account

An account is not mandatory for purchase. If you open one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data and the confidentiality of the password. You can delete your account at any time. We may block an account used for fraud or abuse.

Order and Contract Conclusion

• The product display with price is an offer from the seller. Prices are in dinars, with VAT when the seller is in the VAT system; delivery cost is visible in the cart before confirmation.
• By placing an order, you send a binding offer; the contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order (usually within 48 hours) — you receive an email about this.
• If the product is unavailable or the price is clearly incorrect, the seller may refuse the order; if you have already paid, the money is fully refunded without delay.

Payment and Delivery

Payment (cash on delivery or by payment to the seller's account, with IPS QR code) and delivery are described on the Delivery and Payment page. Money for products goes directly to the seller.

Withdrawal from Contract

For distance purchases, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of goods, without stating a reason and without costs except for the cost of return (Consumer Protection Law, Art. 27–35). The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to goods made according to your specific requirements (e.g., custom furniture, in a chosen dimension and material), when this is clearly stated on the product page. Conformity and Complaints

The seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods that appears within two years of receipt. You submit a complaint to the seller or to us; the seller is obliged to respond within 8 days and resolve it within 15 days (for technical goods and furniture — 30 days) from the date of submission.

Try in room

• The 'try in room' feature created by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) is an illustration. Colors, material, scale, and appearance may differ from the actual product — the description and measurements on the product page are authoritative for decision-making.
• Only upload photos of your own space. Do not upload photos of people, other people's spaces without permission, documents, or illegal content.
• The number of free 'try in room' features per day may be limited.

Reviews and User Content

• A review must be truthful and based on personal experience; the „purchased product“ tag is added only to verified buyers.
• Reviews with photos are reviewed before publishing. We remove offensive, false, promotional, or illegal content.
• By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, free license to display the review and photos on the website; you can request their removal.

Prohibited Use

Not allowed: automatic content downloading (scraping) and mass requests, bypassing protection, fake orders and reviews, impersonation, sending malicious code, as well as using the website contrary to the law.

Intellectual Property

The design, texts, logo, and software of the website are our property or we use them under license. Product photos and descriptions belong to the sellers. Copying them for commercial purposes is not allowed without written permission.

Liability

We strive for the website to operate without interruption and for data to be accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The seller is responsible for the product, delivery, and complaints. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that belong to you as a consumer by law, nor liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Dispute Resolution

• First report dissatisfaction to the seller or to us at info@furnituria.co — we help resolve the issue.
• As a consumer, you can initiate out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body from the list of the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade; the procedure is free, and the seller is obliged to participate in it. The list of bodies is on the ministry's website.
• The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. A consumer may also initiate a dispute before a court according to their place of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may change the terms; they are valid from the date of publication on this page. For an order, the terms valid at the time of the order apply.
