How it Works
- Fill out the form below and choose what you are requesting.
- For data copy and deletion, an email with a confirmation link will be sent — this way we ensure the address is yours.
- We respond without delay, and no later than one month. The procedure is free of charge.

What You Can Request
- Copy of data — account, orders, wish list, saved trials, notifications, newsletter, messages; you receive them in a file that you can transfer to another party.
- Deletion — we delete everything that the law does not require us to keep (e.g., we keep invoices for as long as accounting regulations require).
- Correction of inaccurate data — most of which you can change yourself in 'My Account'.
- Restriction of processing or objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent — for the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in the email; for cookies, use 'Cookie Settings' at the bottom of the page.
Data with Sellers
The seller from whom you purchased independently processes data for delivery, invoicing, and complaints. You can send a request directly to them; if you send us a request related to them, we will forward it.
Complaint
If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to complain to: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy) or to the data protection supervisory authority in the EU Member State where you live, work, or where the infringement occurred (list of authorities).
