You send the statement of withdrawal to the seller from whom you purchased — they are a party to the contract (details are on their store page, in the order confirmation, and on the invoice). You can also send it to us at [email protected] — we will forward it to the seller. The deadline is 14 days from the day you received the goods. This form is not mandatory: any clear statement that you are withdrawing is sufficient.

After withdrawal, the seller will refund all payments to you, including basic delivery, no later than 14 days from receiving the statement. You return the goods to the seller within 14 days of the statement; you bear the cost of return, unless the seller states otherwise.
