What you pay — and what you don't
No subscription or sign-up fees. Two items, both always visible in the dashboard.
Sales commission
5% on the value of delivered products, excluding shipping — further terms by agreement. Invoice on the first of the month, due in 15 days.
Room trial tokens
The platform pays for every customer's first trial of the day. Each subsequent trial of your products = 1 token. You buy in advance, by card in your dashboard; tokens do not expire.

You control the cost
You choose how many trials per day you give to one customer (default 3) and the maximum number of tokens you spend daily (default 30). Customers only try products from the cart, and only logged-in users with a verified email try them at your expense. When the balance drops to 70, 50, 30, 10, and 0 %, you will receive an email and a notification in the app — no surprises.

What is the commission and does it change?
All sellers start with 5% on the value of delivered products, excluding delivery. As sales grow, we agree on the rate together; the new rate is valid from the agreed date, only for new orders, and you always see it in the panel and on the invoice.
How much does a room trial cost?
Nothing to the customer. The platform pays for each customer's first trial of the day, and you pay for every subsequent trial of your products with tokens: 1 token = 1 trial (clearing and furnishing the same room is one trial, a failed one is not charged). Packages: 500 trials for 125,00 €, 1000 trials for 225,00 € (−10 %), 2000 trials for 425,00 € (−15 %), 5000 trials for 1.000,00 € (−20 %) and 10000 trials for 1.750,00 € (−30 %) — you pay by card in your dashboard, tokens do not expire. You choose how many trials per day you give to each customer (default 3) and the maximum tokens per day; customers only try products from the cart, and only logged-in users with a verified email try them at your expense, the same product up to 3 times per week. When your tokens drop to 70, 50, 30, 10, and 0 %, you will receive an email and a notification in the app.
Is there a contractual obligation?
Cooperation is indefinite, and you can close your shop whenever you want, provided accepted orders are fulfilled. The rules are in the Seller Terms.
What do I need for a room trial?
Good product photos are sufficient; for the best result, a PNG without a background, and for materials, a square texture sample. Accurate measurements help with scale.
Who sees customer data?
Only you, and only when you accept the order — and only for that delivery.
The customer called me via WhatsApp — does the purchase go through the website?
Yes. A purchase that starts on the platform ends through the platform; this way, the customer has protection, and you get ratings and statistics.
