Your rights
Returns and complaints
For distance purchases, you can withdraw within 14 days, and the seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods for two years.
Withdrawal and complaints are handled by the seller. You have a purchase contract with the seller, and they are responsible for refunds, repairs, replacements, and warranty. furnituria.co is an intermediary platform and not a party to the contract — we forward any request you send to us to the seller and monitor the response.
Withdrawal — 14 days
Changed your mind? You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
- Send a clear statement to the seller — you can use the withdrawal form.
- Return the goods no later than 14 days from the statement; you bear the cost of return, unless the seller states otherwise.
- The seller will refund your money, including basic delivery, no later than 14 days from receiving the statement; they may wait until they receive the goods or proof that you have sent them.
Complaint — at least 2 years
Is the product faulty, damaged, or not as described? The seller is responsible for non-conformity that appears within at least two years from delivery.
- Report the complaint to the seller, with the order number and photos.
- The seller resolves it free of charge, within a reasonable timeframe, and without major inconvenience to you.
- Solution: repair or replacement; if not possible — price reduction or refund.

Who to contact
To the seller — their details are on the store page, in the order confirmation, and on the invoice. If you don't receive a response, write to us: we will forward the request to the seller and monitor the deadline, but the seller is obligated to resolve the request.
If the dispute with the seller is not resolved, you can contact the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in your country or the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net network), which provides free assistance. More in Terms of Use.
